Service Rules

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to the cross-border network access and subscription services provided by VPNHe. By visiting this site, creating an account, starting a subscription, or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop using the relevant services. “User” means any individual who registers for, purchases, or uses VPNHe services.

Service Scope and Applicability

VPNHe provides network acceleration for cross-border access, international websites, and improved connection quality on international routes. The service supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Available routes, client access points, subscription status, and remaining traffic are shown in the user panel. Some websites, applications, or content providers change access rules under their own policies. VPNHe cannot decide on behalf of these third parties whether content is available, an account can be used, or a specific feature will remain available.

Users must provide a properly functioning device, operating system, and basic network environment, and must protect the subscription details obtained from the user panel. Service details may change because of route maintenance, network conditions, or third-party adjustments, but such changes do not alter clearly stated billing or refund rules.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Users must provide account credentials they can identify and keep secure. The account holder assumes risks arising from lost or exposed credentials, or from allowing others to use them. Accounts support an unlimited number of devices, but this arrangement is intended for the account holder to manage and use their own devices. It does not permit public sharing of the account, subscription links, or connection access.

Users may not resell, rent, exchange, distribute in bulk, or otherwise provide VPNHe accounts, subscription links, or route access to others. Nor may users operate a network service for others through the same account. If abnormal sharing, resale, or activity clearly beyond normal personal use is detected, VPNHe may restrict subscription access, require renewed verification of account control, or terminate the relevant account.

Lawful Use Requirements

When using VPNHe, users must comply with the laws and regulations, contractual obligations, and platform rules applicable in their location and to the services they access. Users may not use the service for fraud, infringement of others’ rights, distribution of malicious programs, interference with networks or systems, unauthorized access to accounts or systems, or other unlawful conduct. Users are responsible for actions initiated through their accounts and for the resulting content.

When a request has a clear legal basis, or when necessary to maintain the proper operation of the service, other users, and network resources, VPNHe may take reasonable measures as permitted by law. VPNHe follows a no-logs service policy, but users should understand that no network tool replaces their own compliance judgment, account security practices, or endpoint protection.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNHe maintains service operation through route scheduling, maintenance, and client updates. However, cross-border connections are affected by local networks, carrier links, device settings, target service policies, and events beyond reasonable control. Therefore, VPNHe does not guarantee continuous service, fixed speeds, or uninterrupted access to every third-party service. During maintenance or outages, some routes may be temporarily adjusted, suspended, or replaced.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users bear responsibility for indirect losses caused by device failures, incorrect configuration, poor credential management, changes to third-party services, or network events beyond VPNHe’s reasonable control. If a connection behaves abnormally, users should first stop the current connection and check subscription status, client settings, and available routes in the user panel.

Refunds and Account Termination

A full refund without giving a reason may be requested within 60 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the service entry provided in the user panel so that the relevant account and payment record can be verified. After the refund is processed, subscription benefits associated with that payment will be adjusted according to the result. Requests outside the scope above will be handled under the rules in effect and displayed in the user panel when the request is submitted.

Users may stop using the service. If an account is involved in resale, subscription sharing, unlawful use, malicious service interference, avoidance of normal billing procedures, or a serious violation of these terms, VPNHe may restrict or terminate its service access. Measures will be determined based on the nature of the conduct, its impact, and verifiable records, except where immediate action is required by law.

Changes and Other Terms

VPNHe may revise these terms in response to changes in service features, operating rules, or applicable law. Updated content will be published on this site or in the user panel, together with the latest update date. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means that you accept the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, stop using the service and submit a relevant request when permitted under the refund rules.

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective. Headings are provided only for reading and reference and do not change the meaning of the terms. Questions about accounts, subscriptions, or payments should be submitted through the service entry in the user panel so the relevant records can be identified and handled.
